1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please contact us immediately at contact@bagrucrafts.com with your Order ID.

  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead initiate a return after delivery, subject to the eligibility criteria outlined below.

  • Payment Gateway Note (Razorpay): Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method through Razorpay. Please note that payment gateway transaction charges, if any, may not be reversed.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: A return request must be raised within 2 days of receiving the product.

  • Product Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in the same condition in which it was received. It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
